If you use our services on behalf of a pharmacy, business, or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

HiPharmacist provides digital services for independent pharmacies, including websites, e-commerce tools, patient forms, dashboards, communication features, integrations, support, and related services.

Specific services, pricing, support terms, implementation details, and responsibilities may be described in a separate proposal, order form, subscription agreement, business associate agreement, or other written agreement.

Pharmacies are responsible for the accuracy of their business information, product information, pricing, inventory, pharmacy policies, clinical content, regulatory notices, and any instructions shown to patients or customers.

Pharmacies are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, pharmacy board rules, HIPAA obligations, advertising rules, payment rules, and healthcare program requirements.

HiPharmacist does not operate a pharmacy, dispense medication, provide medical advice, or make clinical decisions for pharmacies, patients, or healthcare providers.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate account information, keep it current, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access or suspected security issues.

You may not misuse the website or services, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, scrape data without permission, violate the rights of others, or use the services for unlawful activity.

You may not use the services to publish false, misleading, infringing, defamatory, discriminatory, or illegal content.

Our services may connect to third-party platforms, including hosting providers, analytics tools, payment processors, communication vendors, shipping providers, e-commerce services, Google services, and other integrations.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. HiPharmacist is not responsible for third-party service outages, policy decisions, account restrictions, fees, approvals, or content moderation decisions.

When e-commerce or payment features are used, the pharmacy is responsible for product eligibility, pricing, taxes, shipping, refunds, return policies, prescription restrictions, age restrictions, and any required customer disclosures.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party processors. HiPharmacist does not control processor approval, chargebacks, settlement timing, processor fees, or account holds.

HiPharmacist and its licensors own the website, platform, software, designs, workflows, templates, code, graphics, logos, and other service materials, except for content provided by customers or third parties.

Subject to payment and applicable agreements, pharmacy customers may use delivered website content and configured services for their own business operations. No ownership is transferred unless expressly stated in a written agreement.

The website and services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis, except as expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

HiPharmacist does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every third-party platform, device, browser, regulation, or pharmacy workflow.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HiPharmacist will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm.

Any liability that cannot be excluded will be limited to the amount permitted by applicable law or by the written agreement governing the specific service.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the date shown on this page. Continued use of our website or services after an update means the updated terms apply.
